Ben joined Turicum in 2003 after successfully completing both English and French Law degrees from the Universities of Kent and Paris and a Masters in Commercial Law and Finance from the University of Nottingham. He now heads the Legal, Compliance and Risk Management departments and is a member of Senior Management. Since working in Gibraltar he has taken several roles with local associations and committees working towards the implementation of European legislative initiatives. He maintains a strong academic interest and is currently researching potential regulatory initiatives to mitigate financial systemic risk.
